This Refund Policy applies to payments made for subscriptions and advertisement services on PrajatantraNews.com / Pranava Publications

1 General

  • All sales/subscriptions or ad bookings are final once confirmed and paid, except under specific conditions listed below.
  • By placing an order and making payment, you agree that refunds will be handled as per this policy.

2 Subscription Refunds

  • If you cancel your subscription before it begins (i.e. before the first issue delivery or first e-paper access), you may request a full refund (less processing fees, if any) within 10 days of payment.
  • Once the subscription has commenced (i.e. an issue delivered or e-paper accessed), no refund is permitted for the remaining period.
  • The refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment source (e.g. via PhonePe) within 10 working days.

3 Advertising / Booking Refunds

  • For advertisement bookings, refund requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled ad publication date.
  • If cancellation is accepted, we may retain a certain percentage as administrative or preparation cost (e.g. 10–20%) depending on how far in advance cancellation is requested.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation at or after the scheduled publishing of the advertisement.

4 Refund Exceptions & Disputes

  • In case of non-delivery (e.g. failure in printing/distribution) or non-availability of the service due to our fault, you may raise a claim. After verification, we may offer a prorated refund or an extension of service.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures for reasons beyond our control (force majeure, postal delays, etc.).
  • Any refund will not include bank transfer or gateway charges unless expressly specified.

5 Procedure to Request a Refund

  • You must submit refund requests in writing (via email or through the Site) with order/order ID, date, reason for refund.
  • We will respond within 4 working days. If approved, refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • In case of dispute, we reserve the right to investigation and to accept or deny refund.
