These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website PrajatantraNews.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Pranava Publications Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including subscription of e-paper/print versions and advertisement bookings. By using the Site or making any payment, you agree to these Terms.

1 Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • When you register or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2 Services & Orders

  • We offer (a) subscriptions (print & e-paper) and (b) advertising/marketing services (e.g. ad placements) on our print and digital media.
  • All orders for subscriptions or advertisements must be placed through the Site or by contacting us as per our order process.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g. for technical, editorial or legal reasons).

3 Payment & Payment Gateway

  • Payments will be processed via the PhonePe Payment Gateway or other payment methods displayed on the Site.
  • By using PhonePe, you also agree to adhere to PhonePe’s terms of service, UPI rules, and privacy policies. (PhonePe)
  • You authorize us to charge the subscription/ad amount plus any applicable taxes, fees, or service charges.
  • You must pay by the due date; otherwise, we may suspend services (e.g. delivery or access) until payment is cleared.

4 Delivery & Access

  • For print subscriptions, we will deliver the newspaper to the address you provide, subject to our coverage area.
  • For digital/e-paper subscriptions, access credentials or links will be sent to your registered email or accessible via your account.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (postal delays, natural disasters, etc.).

5 Content & Usage

  • All content on the Site and in the newspaper/e-paper is owned or licensed by us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or adapt any content except for your personal non-commercial use, unless expressly permitted.
  • You shall not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, or engage in activities that violate laws or third-party rights.

6 Refunds & Cancellation

  • Requests for cancellation or refunds must adhere to our Refund Policy (see below).
  • We may cancel or suspend service (subscription or advertisement) in case of breach of these Terms or non-payment.

7 Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pranava Publications, its affiliates, officers, employees from any claim, loss, damage arising from your use of the service, your breach of Terms, or violation of law.

8 Modifications to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
  • We will try to notify significant changes in advance.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad or a venue we specify.
