Shipping / Delivery Policy

This Shipping / Delivery Policy describes our practices regarding delivery of the print newspaper / print subscription to you.
1 Delivery Area & Eligibility
- We deliver print editions only in the geographic locations where our distribution network reaches. If your address is outside our delivery zone, we may decline or offer alternate arrangements.
- The delivery address must be accurate, complete, and accessible.
2 Delivery Schedule & Timing
- The print newspaper is normally delivered daily/weekly/monthly (as per subscription plan) at the earliest possible time on or after publication.
- For subscription start, we will attempt to deliver from the next available edition. Any delay due to administrative processing may occur.
3 Delivery Charges & Taxes
- If applicable, delivery or postal charges will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout or order.
- Any applicable taxes (GST, etc.) are included in the invoice or stated separately.
4 Risk & Title
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the print copy is delivered to the address specified.
- We are not liable for non-receipt due to incorrect address, inaccessibility, or refusal by recipient.
5 Failed Delivery / Return
- If delivery fails (e.g. recipient not available, incomplete address), we may attempt redelivery or notify you for re-shipment.
- Additional charge may apply for re-shipping.
- If returned to us, we may cancel future deliveries unless you provide corrected details and pay any additional charges.
6 Delivery Complaints
- If you do not receive your print edition, inform us within 2 days to lodge a complaint.
- We will investigate and take corrective action (resend, discount, credit) as appropriate.
7 Delay & Exceptions
- Habitual delays caused by postal services, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc., are beyond our control and we shall not be liable.
- We will inform you of any known delays or disruptions.
